There’s something so comforting about a warm cup of tea—it’s a little daily ritual that helps me feel grounded, whether I’m easing into the morning or winding down after a long, full day. Tea has always been my go-to, not just for the taste but for the quiet moment it creates. I love experimenting with different herbs, from dandelion root to fresh garden mint, and trying new blends that bring both flavor and simple wellness benefits.

That curiosity led me to try bee balm tea, and I’m so glad I did. Bee balm, with its vibrant blooms and soft herbal scent, isn’t just a pretty face in the garden. It brews into a lovely tea with a light minty flavor and just a touch of citrus—refreshing, calming, and surprisingly soothing. It’s especially nice when I want something gentle and natural to help settle my thoughts or support my immune system during the colder months.

Whether you’re using fresh bee balm right from the garden or dried petals you’ve saved from summer, this tea is incredibly easy to make.
