Ingredients:
- Fresh or dried
bee balm leaves or flowers - Hot water
- Honey (optional)
- Teapot or heat-safe container
- Tea cup

Homemade Bee Balm Tea
- Bring water to a boil.
- Place
bee balm in the teapot—about 1 to 2 teaspoons of driedbee balm or a few fresh sprigs per cup of water. You can use either fresh or driedbee balm depending on what you have on hand. - Pour the hot water over the
bee balm and let it steep for 7 to 10 minutes.

- Strain the tea into your cup.

- Add
honey to taste, if desired.
