Equipment:
Ingredients:
- Chocolate and vanilla buttercream
- Blue Sprinkles
- M&Ms
- Peel Apart Twizzlers
- Oreos
- Chocolate chip cookies
- Shortbread cookies
- White and dark chocolate covered pretzels
- Strawberries
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Instructions:
- Fill two piping bags, one with brown buttercream and the other with white buttercream. Snip off the ends to create a ½ inch opening.
- Using the white buttercream, outline and fill in a snowman shape on a wooden charcuterie board. This will be the snowy base and the body of your snowman.
- Craft a brown hat at the top of the snowman’s head using the brown buttercream. Fill in the shape completely.
- Smooth out any rough edges or lines from the piping with a butter knife. Sprinkle some blue sprinkles around the base of the snowman to differentiate it from the rest of the snow on the board.
- For the snowman’s features, place one mini M&M for each eye, arrange six orange M&M’s into a carrot-shaped nose, and four more to form a smile. Use additional M&M’s to make buttons down the front.
- Take a pull-apart Twizzler, shape it into a scarf, and drape it around the snowman’s neck, letting it fall down the front.
- Arrange Oreos at the lower right side of the board in a staggered, layered pattern. Leave a space in the middle right side.
- On the upper right, just above the hat, place some white chocolate-covered pretzels.
- Mirror this on the left side with shortbread cookies at the upper left and chocolate chip cookies at the lower left.
- Fill the middle right space you left open with dark chocolate-covered pretzels.
- Scatter strawberries across any remaining empty spaces on the charcuterie board to add a burst of color and freshness.
And that’s it. It is now ready to be served and enjoyed!
