Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
- 2 ounces of 82% butter
- 2/3 cup white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of 10% cream or milk
- 8 chocolate chips for eyes
- Red and Yellow food coloring
- Valentines, sprinkles.

Instructions.
- Take the butter and cream out of the refrigerator in advance – they should be at room temperature. Rub soft butter with powdered sugar.
- Add the cream and vanilla syrup. Pour in the sifted flour in batches and start kneading. At the beginning, mix the dough with a spatula and add flour 2-3 tablespoons at a time.
- Then transfer the dough to a board and knead with your hands. The dough should remain soft and not sticky.


- Cut the dough into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Roll each ball into a 1/4-inch high layer.
- Using a snowman cutout, shape Mrs. Claus with a hat. With a round die cutter, trim off the excess. Bake in a 374 degree Fahrenheit oven until edges are lightly browned.

- Let the cookies cool for a bit. Then melt half of the white chocolate over a steam bath and color it red. Spread the chocolate with syringes apply it to the place of the hat. Wait for the red chocolate to set.
- Melt the remaining white chocolate. Draw hair and eyebrows, attach chocolate chips eyes and valentine’s mouth, decorate the hat. Cover the snowflakes with white chocolate and sprinkle with sprinkles.
- Paint the remaining white chocolate yellow. Use a disposable pastry envelope to paint the glasses.
- Make a small hole with a toothpick and apply the glasses.


Wait for the chocolate to stabilize, then place the cookies on a board and serve.
