  • Ā¼ cup jewelweed
  • Ā¼ cup lavender flowers
  • Ā¼ cup calendula 
  • Ā¾  cup avocado oil (You can use any carrier oil of your choice)
  • 1 Ā½ tablespoons beeswax 
  • Tin Container (Find it here)
  • Optional: essential oil of your choice

This recipe usually makes about 2 2oz tins. 

Instructions:

  1. Combine calendula, lavender, and jewelweed in a glass jar.

  1. Pour avocado oil to cover the herbs completely. Seal the jar and let it sit in a dark place for 3-4 weeks, shaking occasionally.
  2. Strain the infused oil into a container.
  3. Melt the infused oil and beeswax in a double boiler or heat-safe bowl over simmering water.

  1. Pour the mixture into tins and let it cool for a few hours or overnight.
