  • 1 long cucumber
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1-2 tbsp. feta

  1. Rinse the cucumber under cold water and pat it dry. Then, use a vegetable peeler to slice it into thin slices.
