- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen mango, cubed
- ¾ cup fresh or frozen banana, sliced
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder (vegan)
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup orange juice
- Toppings: Chia seeds, Diced fresh mango, Unsweetened coconut flake, Granola
Directions
- If you are using fruit, peel and chop your mango and banana.
- Add mango, banana, protein powder, coconut milk, and orange juice in a blender.
- Cover the blender and blend on high speed until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a bowl
- Add the Chia seeds, Diced fresh mango, Unsweetened coconut flake, and Granola as toppings.
