Instructions for Pickling Liquid
- Smash the garlic and slice the ginger. Then, deseed the jalapeño and chop it.
- In a pot, combine the water, white vinegar, and salt. Heat the mixture and bring it to a simmer.
- Then, add all the pickling spices to the pot and let it simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
- Once done, let the mixture cool. Strain it into a jar or bottle using a fine mesh strainer.
