  • 2-3 Fresh dill sprigs 
  • 1 inch ginger 
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • ½  jalapeno
  • 2-3 whole garlic cloves

Instructions for Pickling Liquid

  1. Smash the garlic and slice the ginger. Then, deseed the jalapeño and chop it.

  1. In a pot, combine the water, white vinegar, and salt. Heat the mixture and bring it to a simmer.
  2. Then, add all the pickling spices to the pot and let it simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

  1. Once done, let the mixture cool. Strain it into a jar or bottle using a fine mesh strainer.
