How To Make Pickle Juice

- 1 cup water (filtered)
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp dill
- 2-3 Fresh dill sprigs
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- ½ jalapeno
- 2-3 whole garlic cloves
Smash the garlic and slice the ginger. Then, deseed the jalapeño and chop it.
In a pot, combine the water, white vinegar, and salt. Heat the mixture and bring it to a simmer.
Then, add all the pickling spices to the pot and let it simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
Once done, let the mixture cool. Strain it into a jar or bottle using a fine mesh strainer.
