As a busy mom, self-care often feels like something that gets squeezed in between everything else—but I’ve learned how important it is to carve out even small moments to reset and recharge. For me, self-care doesn’t have to be elaborate. Sometimes, it’s as simple as pausing, taking a breath, and giving myself permission to relax.

That’s what inspired me to make these lavender eye pillows. I wanted something that felt calming, easy to create, and useful—a little reminder to slow down. These eye pillows are exactly that. The soft scent of lavender, the gentle weight of the filling, and the comfort they bring are all part of what makes them so special. Whether you’re winding down after a long day, resting your eyes during a quick break, or settling into a moment of quiet, these little pillows can help create a sense of calm when you need it most.

They’re simple to make, require just a few ingredients, and make thoughtful gifts too. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you make your own.
