Ingredients:

  • 1 marshmallow 
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips 
  • 2-3 pairs of sugar eyes
  • 5 wafer bars covered with dark chocolate
  • 2 drops each of red and yellow food coloring 
  • 1/3 cup of white chocolate in the drops

How to Make a Thanksgiving Turkey Bar

  1. Remove the packaging from the bars and lay them out on a board.

  1. Cut the marshmallows with a knife or scissors into disks.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or water bath. Add the yellow food coloring and mix well. Fill a pastry syringe with yellow chocolate.
  3. Outline the beak rhomboids and place two dots of chocolate where the eyes should be.
  1. Glue on the marshmallow sugar eyes. Glue chocolate chocolate chip pupils onto the marshmallow.
  2. Fill in the outline of the beak.
  3. Add red coloring to the yellow chocolate to create a red-orange hue.
