- 1 Ā½ cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt of your choice
- Ā¼ cup raw honey
- Strawberries, for serving

Granola Berry Cup Recipe
- Start by mashing the banana in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the oats and honey to the mashed banana. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a muffin pan, distributing it across 6 cups. Press the mixture against the edges and bottom of each cup to form a cup shape.
- Place the muffin tray in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350Ā°F (175Ā°C). Bake the cups for 30 minutes, then remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes.
- Spoon yogurt and berries into each cup.
