  • 1 cup sweetened coconut yogurt
  • 3 cups frozen mango
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Place the mango, coconut yogurt, agave, and juice from two limes into a blender. Blend until smooth. If the limes aren’t very juicy, add a bit of water to achieve a slightly runnier consistency.

  1. Pour the mango puree into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for the mixture to expand as it freezes.
  2. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
