It’s that time of year when pine needles are everywhere, and instead of letting them go to waste, you can actually put them to good use. One of my favorite ways to use those fresh, fragrant needles is by turning them into a simple sugar scrub.
This Pine Needle Sugar Scrub is all-natural, easy to make, and the perfect way to exfoliate while enjoying that crisp, woodsy scent. This homemade scrub leaves your skin soft, smooth, and lightly scented.

This makes around 14 ounces.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon pine needles
- 20 drops of pine essential oil
- ¼ cup carrier oil
- 1 cup of sugar

Instructions
- Add in your essential oils to the carrier oil.

- Then add to your sugar. Mix until combined.

- Finely chop or blend your pine needles until they are small. Fold them into the sugar to combine.

- Put in a jar and enjoy!
