How to Make Lemon Peel Soap

I love making my own homemade soap – plus what better way to control the ingredients in the products that I use. And I think you are going to really love this lemon peel soap recipe. It’s super easy to make and only requires a few ingredients.

Here’s a quick guide on how to make this lemon peel soap.

Ingredients

• 1lb glycerin melt and pour soap base 
• ¼ cup lemon peel powder
• 20-25 drops citrus blend essential oil
• Soap mold

1. The first step is to cut the melt and pour soap base into small squares. 

1. Then melt the squares in the microwave on low heat for 30 seconds at a time. Stir in between until it completely melts. 

1. Next, add in the powder and stir thoroughly. Wait for it to cool for a bit so the powder is mixed throughout the entire soap. 

1. Add in your citrus blend essential oils and stir to mix it in.

1. Then, pour the mix into your mold.

Give it a few hours or overnight to turn hard. Now you can enjoy your lemon soap.
