  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons baking soda
  • 10 to 15 drops of peppermint essential oil

How to Make Homemade Toothpaste

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a small saucepan or microwave until it is liquefied.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the liquefied coconut oil and baking soda.
