How to Make Garlic Tea
Making
- Peel 4-5 cloves of fresh
garlic . Slice them into smaller pieces or crush them using agarlic press or the back of a knife. - Put 2 cups of water to boil in a saucepan.

- Add the freshly cut
garlic to the saucepan to boil. Boil for 5 minutes, then turn off the stove. - Let the
garlic steep for a few minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger the tea will be. - After steeping, strain the
garlic tea into a cup to remove thegarlic solids. You can also opt to keep some of the cloves, which is what I did. - Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey to your
garlic tea for a tangy and sweet flavor.
