Granola Berry Cups

Imagine layers of crunchy granola, perfectly complemented by the creamy sweetness of yogurt and a vibrant mix of berries. - 1½ cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt of your choice
- ¼ cup raw honey
- Strawberries for serving
- Blueberries for serving
Start by mashing the banana in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the oats and honey to the mashed banana. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
Spoon the mixture into a muffin pan, distributing it across 6 cups. Press the mixture against the edges and bottom of each cup to form a cup shape.
Place the muffin tray in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the cups for 30 minutes, then remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes.
Spoon yogurt and berries into each cup.
