Granola Berry Cups

Indulge in a delightful burst of flavors and textures with these homemade Granola Berry Cups! Imagine layers of crunchy granola, perfectly complemented by the creamy sweetness of yogurt and a vibrant mix of berries. Each bite is a delicious adventure, offering a satisfying contrast between warm and cool, soft and crisp.

Ingredients
  

  • cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • Strawberries for serving
  • Blueberries for serving

Instructions
 

  • Start by mashing the banana in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Add the oats and honey to the mashed banana. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into a muffin pan, distributing it across 6 cups. Press the mixture against the edges and bottom of each cup to form a cup shape.
  • Place the muffin tray in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the cups for 30 minutes, then remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Spoon yogurt and berries into each cup.
