To make rose petal infused apple cider vinegar, start with a small 6-ounce mason jar.
Fill the mason jar halfway with rose petals.
Fill the rest of the jar with apple cider vinegar.
Seal the jar with its lid and shake it well.
Let the jar sit on your counter for two weeks, shaking it once a day. To speed up the infusion, place the sealed jar in a pot of water on low heat for about an hour or use a double boiler.
You can strain the rose petal infused apple cider vinegar or leave the rose petals in. I chose to leave them in for their appealing look and to allow continued infusion.
Pour the vinegar mixture into a small spray bottle, filling it about 1/3 of the way.
Fill the remaining 2/3 of the spray bottle with water.
Secure the cap, shake well, and it’s ready to use.
