How to Make Rosemary Tea
Craving a cup that invigorates both mind and body? Ditch the caffeine jitters and dive into the earthy aroma of fresh rosemary tea. This simple brew unlocks a treasure trove of benefits: sharpen your focus, soothe digestion, and melt away stress – all with just a sprig of sunshine and hot water.
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 2 cups Water
Start by boiling water in a kettle or pot.
While the water is boiling, wash a sprig of fresh rosemary under cold water to remove any dirt. One sprig should be enough to make two cups of rosemary tea.
Place the rosemary sprigs in a teapot or a heat-resistant container.
Carefully pour the water over the rosemary sprig once the water has reached boiling point.
Let the tea steep for 10-15 minutes, depending on your desired strength. For richer, steeper, and darker color in tea, let it brew for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
After steeping, strain the rosemary leaves and pour the tea into your favorite cup or mug.
You can enjoy rosemary tea as is or add a natural sweetener, such as honey or sugar, to enhance the flavor.
