Cherry Banana Nut Smoothie Bowl

This recipe is packed with antioxidants, protein, and healthy fats, making it a perfect breakfast, lunch, or even dessert option. Made with cherries, bananas, macadamia nuts, and vegan protein powder, this smoothie bowl is both versatile and satisfying.

  • Immersion Blender

Ingredients
  

  • cup seedless cherries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 ½ tbsp vegan protein powder
  • 1 medium banana
  • 20-25 macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup purified water

Instructions
 

  • Peel the macadamia nuts.
  • Put some of the peeled academia nuts in the blender with water. Keep some to the site for garnishing. Blend with the immersion blender until smooth.
  • Peel and slice the banana. Add a few slices to the macadamia nut mixture, and keep a few to the side for garnishing.
  • Add the cherries and vegan powder to the mixture. Whisk the smoothie until smooth.
  • Transfer the smoothie to a serving bowl.
  • Garnish the smoothie mixture with the remaining bananas, nuts, and cherries.
  • Feel free to sweeten it with a bit of honey or maple syrup.
